Now that fall and winter are upon the Northern Hemisphere, we can expect to see the ‘HAARP ring’ and ‘scalar square’ phenomenon make the switch from regular unfrozen moisture precipitation returns to frozen (ice / pink , snow / blue) returns.
I made the original discovery (publicly on youtube–well documented) in December of 2011 — almost one year ago now. At the time, last winter, I noticed a large number of frequency outbreaks which literally HEAT UP the storms.. turning some portions of a “blue” snow storm into perfectly round “pink / green” warmer returns.
These are the first frozen rings/squares to appear this fall/winter.. screenshots below.. all from the last several days.
