Video of the RADAR anomalies and forecast here:
The entire midwest from Texas north through Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska South Dakota.. Also, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee….
We also see a large “scalar square” (possibly caused by ISR — incoherent scatter RADAR)
Scalar Square (ISR array square?) along with several noticeable “HAARP rings”…
Towns to watch for the next 3 days…. severe weather possible in the center of each ring… and the towns with the ring/square combination, watch out in particular.
Omaha Nebraska, Manhattan Kansas, Kansas City, Tulsa Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, Shreveport Louisiana, Uvalde Texas, San Angelo Texas, Abilene Texas, Fort Worth Texas, Aberdeen South Dakota, Rapid City South Dakota, and Nashville Tennessee.
Shots below are of the Oklahoma City Ring/Square combination on October 10 2011 near midnight…
These shots below are of Fort Smith Arkansas… Ring and Sawtooth sqaure .. October 10 2011 near midnight.
In the video, I show a PDF on the AMISR (next generation Incoherent scatter RADAR)… which I think may be what is causing the “scalar square” activity to show up on “regular RADAR”.
About incoherent scatter RADAR:
weather modification, HAARP, VLF/UHF frequency manipulation of storms, also information on cloud seeding, as well as coordinates of ground based stations :
