Screenshot below is from the pinnacle point of the undersea eruption.. this was a major event.. since the volcano vent itself is a few hundred feet below the surface of the water..

This video below from Van, Turkey — shows what happens during a large earthquake (7.0M or greater).. large concrete buildings don’t stand a chance up against the forces of seismic movement.

Seen in several shots.. large clouds of debris are kicked up by collapsing buildings within 10 seconds or less of the earthquake beginning.

Structures made of Brick, Concrete, plaster, and other rigid material — without the proper earthquake construction standards — have catastrophic failure within seconds of a large magnitude earthquake occurring.

Make SURE that if you live in a Brick or Concrete structure, or around large towering objects — that you can clear non-enforced structures quickly.  Most of the earthquake casualties come from being buried underneath rubble from collapsed stone structures.
