10/21/2011 — Sakurajima Volcano in Japan — ENTIRE BASE of the mountain is steaming

Video analysis with attached full HD sakurajima video:

Full video directly from the Sakurajima site below — WOW @ 1 min 30 seconds !

Today,  October 21, 2011 — at approx 8-11AM Japanese time — the entire base of the volcano , around the full circumference of the mountain , began to give off steam .

Screenshots are below.. first unedited.. then with boxes indicating the areas that produced steam…

Recently, this past week, the Japanese main stream media issued an alert to the area around Sakurajima .. for the threat of a possible large scale eruption, with damaging ash clouds / ejection of material.

Here is the link to that report (requires google translate):

http://www.asahi.com/national/update/1011/TKY201110110403.html

This new area of steam coming from the ground  in a “circular” shape.. almost like we’re seeing a possible place where IF a large eruption occurs, the “explosion” might remove all  the terrain ABOVE the line of “clouds”…

In otherwords.. the line of clouds would be a sign of the fracture due to pressure from underneath — in the magma chamber which is swelling (verified swelling according to the Japanese MSM report).   This could result in an explosive eruption along the lines of a smaller Mt. Saint Helens .. blowing the flank or top of the volcano from the line of steam we see now up to the top.

It is certainly something to keep an eye on.
