From a while back now — this movie “The storm” — a fictional made for TV action-drama about an Alaska facility that manipulates the weather with ground based stations placed world wide (and in space) — causing a major weather disaster.

He is a person I trust — I admire all his work — so when he asked if I had a spare geiger counter — I sent him all four radiation counters that I have !
The Inspector Alert — digital geiger counter .. also the CDV-700, CDV-715, and CDV-720.
The yellow CDV’s are analog.. one has a wand. The 715 and 720 are for GAMMA radiation (like a disposal site or nuclear fallout site).. more useful in a real nuclear blast zone or near a place like Fukushima directly.
The 715 and the digital inspector alert are more sensitive .. measuring ALPHA, BETA, and GAMMA radiation with either a geiger tube , or a “plate”. These will be the two he will be using the most I would assume.
