1/23/2012 — Earth directed — Large CME (coronal mass ejection) and Solar flare erupt from sun —

Watch the video here:

————————————————-

As if this week wasn’t shaping up to be busy enough with the current earthquake threat, and severe weather developments.

This may cause communication disruption (satellite) — power grid disruption, and magnetosphere stress — which can then cause earthquakes and severe weather as a result of the interaction. Possible large development of Aurora Borealis further south than normal.

Here are several links to monitor this solar flare and CME (coronal mass ejection):

1/16/2012 — CFHT telescope (hawaii) captures LARGE FIREBALL

hattip to:   bringittodc   bringittodc    (good find !)

On January 12, 2012 — At 9:16pm HST (hawaii standard time) — a large fireball was captured by the time-lapse camera located at the CFHT (canada-france-hawaii telescope).

Clearly, this object is not close to the camera — more likely off the horizon — as it passed through earth’s atmosphere — the object flared into a bright fireball.

Screenshot above is from approximately :29sec into the video… link to the video is here: (title says Jan 13 however the timelapse starts at sunset on the 12th)

Worthy to note… same day as this fireball in Hawaii…

Sheilaaliens put out a video on Jan 12, 2012 from Japan — showing a large fireball — I wonder if these two events are related?  http://www.youtube.com/sheilaaliens

link to that video is here:
