Just south of Watertown New York, we see a double ‘scalar square’ sawtooth pattern appear on RADAR — as well as a “HAARP ring” overlay .. Watch this area for the next 24-48 hours from this point for severe weather (damaging winds, hail and possible tornadic activity).
Kansas experienced a frequency ring outbreak .. multiple shots from wdssii ..watch central Kansas to Oklahoma for the next 24-48 for severe weather (damaging winds, hail , and possible tornadic activity).
48 hours ago… these THREE rings appeared at once over south Michigan, Cleveland Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania .

Today, 48 hours after the appearance of these three rings.. we see the center of the first ring on the left (near detroit) get hit with damaging winds… in otherwords .. the strongest part of the storm (the most severe part) hit the center of the ring.. and will move southeast towards Cleveland Ohio and then Pittsburgh PA.

This proves, yet once again, that within 48 hours of a frequency outbreak, we can expect strong cell thunderstorms, with damaging winds and hail (possible tornadic activity as well) to hit near the center of the ‘HAARP ring’ effected areas.
