10/24/2011 — Texas — Double ‘HAARP rings’ .. intersecting vesica piscis

The time now is 330am CDT — 10/24/2011 — watch the epicenters of both of these “HAARP rings” for severe weather,  damaging winds, hail, and/or tornadoes.

… just west of Dallas.. to just east of Abilene Texas….next 24-48 hours from this point.

10/24/2011 — HAARP ring confirmation — Lincoln / Springfield Illinois — Damaging winds hit dead center

First we see the screenshot of the “HAARP ring” that appeared out of Lincoln/Springfield Illinois roughly 24 hours ago at 1am CDT on 10/23/2011:

Now we see severe weather hit the center of the ring : 200 am CDT 10/24/2011 (screenshot below):

Again, this proves that within 24-48 hours of a “HAARP ring” appearing.. the CENTER of the ring will be hit with severe weather (damaging winds, hail, and/or tornadoes).
