10/23/2011 — New York State ‘HAARP ring’ outbreak = watch NY, PA, TN, DC

745-800pm CDT 10/23/2011 —

A frequency outbreak — or as I call it , “HAARP rings” — have appeared out of New York state —

Several towns named in the video… we need to watch these ring epicenters in NY for the threat of receiving severe weather (hail, damaging winds, and possible tornadoes)… usually this occurs within 24-48 hours of the “HAARP rings” appearing.

Below are several screenshots of the ring locations, (mostly emanating from NWS nexrad sites)… for a full explanation of what I have found that may cause this phenomenon.. here is the link to most of the information that has been found on the subject:

Also worthy to note the southern rings in the video… and scalar square over Knoxville, Tennesee .

Ring appeared over Washington DC — central Pennsylvania — and Tennessee …. watch these as well.. rings are seen in the video— screenshots below:

10/23/2011 — Forecast confirmation — Hail hits ‘HAARP ring’ effected area = Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois

On  October 22, 2011 starting at a little before midnight.. going into the early AM of October 23 — this “HAARP ring” outbreak occurred in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois (as well as to the east in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York).. seen below in this screenshot from roughly a day ago.

Today — the evening of the 23rd.. roughly 24 hours after the frequency outbreak — we see severe weather hit the center of the ring effected areas — Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota:

Below are three screenshots of the 4 state area that received HAARP rings and is now receiving severe weather (including damaging winds and hail):

here is the original forecast I made 24 hour prior to this severe outbreak.. calling for THE CENTER of each ring to be hit…  (the above real time RADAR screenshots prove the areas are being hit now as forecast) …
