48 hours ago… these THREE rings appeared at once over south Michigan, Cleveland Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania .

Today, 48 hours after the appearance of these three rings.. we see the center of the first ring on the left (near detroit) get hit with damaging winds… in otherwords .. the strongest part of the storm (the most  severe part) hit the center of the ring.. and will move southeast towards Cleveland Ohio and then Pittsburgh PA.

This proves, yet once again, that within 48 hours of a frequency outbreak, we can expect strong cell thunderstorms, with damaging winds and hail (possible tornadic activity as well) to hit near the center of the ‘HAARP ring’ effected areas.

Two days ago, on October 23, 2011 — we saw a frequency outbreak in the state of New York.

Several ‘HAARP rings’ appeared throughout the entire state :  here is the screenshot of the event as it occurred on RADAR:

Now today, we see Damaging winds detected entering the southwest portion of NY — near Buffalo …

2am Oct 26 2011 — Albany NY hit with damaging winds:

Albany NY hit AGAIN the next day Oct 27 2011 at 715am CDT ! :

Once again.. the hardest part of the coming storm hits the center of the Ring from 2 days prior!
