10/24/2011 — HAARP ring confirmation — Lincoln / Springfield Illinois — Damaging winds hit dead center

First we see the screenshot of the “HAARP ring” that appeared out of Lincoln/Springfield Illinois roughly 24 hours ago at 1am CDT on 10/23/2011:

Now we see severe weather hit the center of the ring : 200 am CDT 10/24/2011 (screenshot below):

Again, this proves that within 24-48 hours of a “HAARP ring” appearing.. the CENTER of the ring will be hit with severe weather (damaging winds, hail, and/or tornadoes).

10/23/2011 — New York State ‘HAARP ring’ outbreak = watch NY, PA, TN, DC

745-800pm CDT 10/23/2011 —

A frequency outbreak — or as I call it , “HAARP rings” — have appeared out of New York state —

Several towns named in the video… we need to watch these ring epicenters in NY for the threat of receiving severe weather (hail, damaging winds, and possible tornadoes)… usually this occurs within 24-48 hours of the “HAARP rings” appearing.

Also worthy to note the southern rings in the video… and scalar square over Knoxville, Tennesee .
