A magnitude 4.0 earthquake occurred at Pisgah Volcano in South Central California — today , October 17 2011 . Roughly the same spot as the PLUME that erupted over 2 months ago.

10/17/2011 — Tornadoes, Damaging Winds, Hail heading towards Dallas Texas — also south USA in the crosshairs = HAARP ring forecasted
